Welcome to The Pichonnière Valley, a map inspired by a real farm located in the Sarthe department, just a few kilometers from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack.
With the authorization of Julien, a dairy cattle farmer, the main farm, the livestock buildings, and the dealer’s shop have been faithfully recreated to offer you a unique immersive experience.

Expand your farm with new profitable and versatile crops:
- Mustard: condiment production;
- Rye, triticale, spelt: excellent value as grain or traditional flour for the Champ Gué bakery, straw usable for livestock or sale;
- Triticale: pig feed production;
- Green rye: silage in bales or silos with excellent yield, or use as green manure;
- Vetch–rye and green rye: use as green manure, hay, silage in bales or silos;
- Alfalfa and clover: hay, silage in bales or silos;
- Green-harvested silage maize: high yield for animal feed.
The map terrain has been reworked to provide realistic relief, optimized for soil cultivation from different angles (excluding potato cultivation).
Collectibles and exploration
Set off in search of the collectibles scattered around La Chapelle-Saint-Fray.
Solve a series of riddles to recover the 20 pieces of the Cochetière mill museum.
Once rebuilt, discover the museum’s final secret… along with a well-deserved reward.
